Skye Hildebrand and Christina Mansdorf

I have just come back today after 14 weeks of leave, during which time I had a lot of other important things besides work to think about! I would never have been able to take this much-needed time without having Christina and Skye to depend on while I was away. I'm so grateful for their hard work in picking up my slack and leading the Prospect Research team in my absence. Thank you!

Grateful for the faculty, staff and students who are passionately working on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The sustained initiative, engagement, and motivation to do better and be better is valued. Proud to know so many change makers who are working locally, across MIT, Cambridge, and the globe to live the One MIT philosophy.

Big shout out to Edith and Lesley for their recent help with getting the OEOP's communication straightened out for the upcoming MIT 24-Hour challenge. Being short staffed for the moment, I really needed the help and they were miraculous in their support to prepare a good written story about why to give to the OEOP on March 11! I really appreciate the last hour help and the openness to collaboration. Reminds me of how hard it can be sometimes when you think you have to do things alone! Big thanks my friends.

MIT Press Books Production: Kate Elwell, Emma Martin, Tori Bodozian, Jay McNair

These are the best coworkers anyone could ask for - to a person they are awesome at what they do. They made the transition to remote seamless, all of MITP's books have been produced marvelously. In the middle of all this we changed warehouses and distribution centers, but you'd never know it - these guys aced the transition and made it go much more smoothly than expected. The Press is lucky to have these four, and, more than that, I am lucky to be on the same team as them. #prodpride

I particularly want to thank Nicholas for being so kind and supportive in my first few months at MIT Press.
