Led by the team manager with input from the employees, organization leader, and local HR contact, talent planning involves anticipating new responsibilities and staffing needs and planning how to meet them by development current employees.

Performance Development

Carried out by the team manager and the employees collaboratively, performance development involves the ongoing growth and development of all employees.

Career Planning and Development

Driven by the employees with guidance and support from the team manager, career planning and development is the process of exploring, setting, and working toward career goals.
