Search Inside Yourself Program

The Search Inside Yourself Leadership Program focuses on mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills, rooted in neuroscience, with an aim of improving engagement and well-being at home and at work. In addition, participants will learn new skills and practical applications to reduce stress, increase resilience, develop greater self-awareness, improve communication, build empathy, and lead with compassion. Thinking about becoming a manager? Insights into Management is a virtual training program that helps smooth the transition from individual contributor to management. 

Leader to Leader (L2L)

The nationally recognized Leader to Leader (L2L) Program is a year-long cohort program that provides participants with dedicated time for reflection and self-discovery, theoretical and applied learning, and dialogue with fellow MIT leaders.

Managers' Feedback Program

MIT managers are invited to join this program on asking for, receiving, and using feedback to improve effectiveness and augment growth.

MIT Management Executive Education programs

Earn an Executive Certificate from MIT's Sloan School of Management by completing 4 short courses. MIT staff and spouses are eligible for a 15% discount with the code STAFF15 when registering with an mit.edu address.
