Tell Us About It	I would like to recognize Jani Findlay for her outstanding support, guidance, and teamwork. Jani has helped me in my role by reviewing contract requests to make sure they are completed correctly before I submit them to the Contracts Group. She has also taken the time to guide me through aspects of my role that are new to me. Jani is also a strong team member and has been very supportive of our new hires. I often say that Jani is the “glue that keeps our department together.” She is always willing to help, share her knowledge, and support others, and I truly appreciate everything she does for our team.
