Tell Us About It I had a family medical emergency and ended up dropping the ball on some key event planning details for a 'pop up' musical performance by the Festival Jazz Ensemble. When I called Facilities Operations at 7:00AM on the day of the performance Christine jumped into action immediately connecting me to the right people, staying with the issue until it was all set and problem solving common issues up front to make sure everything went smoothly.
