I'd like to thank Donna for her patience and dedication to helping my partner and me navigate a challenging situation regarding a reimbursement from BCBS for our flu shots. Donna clearly explained the situation and process to me and made multiple calls on our behalf to ensure our collection was put on hold until BCBS paid the bill. Small acts of follow-up and kindness like hers can mean so much to people when they are navigating unknown bureaucratic processes.
