  tell_us_about_it: "MIT Medical's Urgent Care department has ensured that MIT community was taken care of throughout  the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to work together as a team to support MIT Medical and the MIT community.  Urgent Care is the first department most people come into contact with when they enter MIT Medical and the Patient Service Representatives have fielded numerous phone calls and questions in a supportive and caring fashion.  Further, Urgent Care responds to all of the medical emergencies in the building. The medical assistants are caring and put the patients at ease and  maintain workflows. The triage nurses and provider pool are highly talented and caring individuals who focus on patient-centered care. We have a great team with thoughtful leaders who make MIT Medical a wonderful place to work. "
