In the wake of announcements that MIT would be shifting to a remote teaching and working model, Mohamed worked tirelessly to ensure that Libraries staff had the equipment they needed to transition to working from home, working with IS&T to distribute laptops, set up machines, and survey staff to ensure everyone had the support they needed.  His calm focus and strong leadership helped set the tone for all, and he truly went the extra mile during this major transition.
