Marketing and communications expert Arthur Grau has been leading the effort to help everyone at CTL transition to remote communication. With lightning speed, he and his team researched what would work for us and sent out relevant information about the technologies and where to find tutorials. He's been providing follow-up tips and quickly responds to questions and requests for help. A lifesaver, especially for some of us older, not-so-tech-savvy people.
