Tell Us About It:
In the final few days, when I should have been consumed by anxiety and despair, I instead played board games with my friends. For me, board games gave me some measure of control and stability despite the endless and chaotic possibilities for the game to unfold. Whether it be playing Secret Hitler with Tacocat friends or Betrayal with SPA lounge, I found myself able to relax, laugh, and form good memories (including the time when the traitor was vanquished by a one-in-eighty-one chance roll by my teammate).
