Throughout her career, Leah has excelled in both corporate and consulting settings, offering both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to organizations of all sizes, from startups to established global players.

She has broad recruiting knowledge across several key areas of talent acquisition, including compensation, compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employment branding, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, and training.
