Andrew Mack

Our first honoree in the Outstanding Contributor award category is Andrew H. Mack, a member of the MIT Lincoln Laboratory technical staff stationed at the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. There, he leads a team of engineers who are developing technologies critical to national security.

Andrew's colleagues shared how much they appreciate his gift for motivating and supporting others. Nominators told us, "Andrew possesses a refreshing sense of emotional intelligence and uses his understanding of people to teach, mentor, and motivate them to become the best team members they can be. He is both exemplary and inspiring."
