Phyl A. Winn

Our next Outstanding Contributor honoree is Phyl A. Winn, Senior Electronic Health Records Application Analyst at MIT Medical. Her colleagues around the Institute all say the same thing: Phyl is a culture creator. She is approachable, thoughtful, and an expert teacher.

Phyl models what every patient would want: the empathy to understand what is needed…and the expertise to deliver it. As one coworker noted, “Phyl jumped in head-first to learn all the behind-the-scenes pieces needed as an analyst. She uses creativity to think through new workflows and how they will impact patients and others at MIT Medical.”
