That pretty much sums up Patty Eames, Manager of Academics, Internships, and Student Affairs in LGO – the Leaders for Global Operations Program. LGO has its feet in many communities—multiple engineering disciplines as well as the Sloan School of Management—and Patty is a positive and productive presence in all of them.
She skillfully manages all the complexities that come with a dual-degree program…and personally helps each student. One of her coworkers noted: “From ensuring that all program participants felt welcomed and informed on our first days on campus, to the impromptu mentoring and counseling throughout our time in the program, she was always there for us. Despite a crazy schedule, her door was always open and she would drop everything for a quick consult or to help put out fires.”
