Maloney makes custom orders and finds the best ways to ship complex, heavy equipment. She handles Materials Safety Data Sheets and coordinates disposal of hazardous material. During recent downsizing, she cheerfully stepped in, asked how she could help, and performed miracles. Her flexibility and dedication smoothed a difficult staff reduction. As Bates evolved into an R&E center, she played a key role in identifying requirements for the transition. She proposed strategies to best meet the needs for space registration, training, inspection, and emergency response and cheerfully sought alternative solutions when required.
