Participants will leave with tools to manage internal pressure, increase self-compassion, and build healthier approaches to achievement and success.

Key outcomes:

  • Recognize the impact of perfectionism on wellbeing, relationships, and performance
  • Differentiate between healthy excellence and perfectionistic thinking
  • Learn practical strategies for reducing self-imposed pressure
  • Strengthen resilience in the face of mistakes, feedback, and uncertainty
  • Develop a more sustainable and balanced approach to achievement
