I’d like to introduce you to three pretty incredible people.

- Laurie Ward, Graduate Administrator
This is the Academic Office Team for the joint program between MIT’s Institute for Medical Engineering & Science and the Health Sciences & Technology Program.
According to their colleagues, Traci, Joseph, and Laurie are a sort of super cohort. They work together seamlessly to provide stellar customer service across all aspects of the program—from recruiting and admissions to student financial support and dual citizenship arrangements. Between the three of them, they have almost 90 years of administrative experience in higher education, and they use that to power up their contributions to their community every single day.
This student nominator maybe summed it up best: “When I look at the amount of work that Laurie, Traci, and Joseph have done over the past year, my heart is filled with immense gratitude and absolute awe. It seemed like every week or so there was an update from them announcing some ground-breaking change for the better in our PhD program.”
