I Want To:

Change my address

Active employees

Make changes to your MIT or home addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses in the Personal Information page under About Me in Atlas.

Former employees, retirees, and employees on long term disability leave

Use this form for address changes by all former MIT faculty and staff, all MIT and Lincoln Laboratory retirees, and all MIT and Lincoln Laboratory employees on Long Term Disability Leave.

MITemps employees and students

HR does not maintain any records of employees paid by MITemps or student employees. MITemps employees should contact their department HR representative.
