Long-distance caregiving is an increasingly common reality. Many of us find ourselves supporting aging parents, siblings, or relatives from across the country or across the world, while simultaneously juggling demanding professional and personal responsibilities. Distance introduces profound emotional strain and logistical complexity. Caregiving from afar often starts as a series of reactions to urgent crises or health issues. This can lead to a sense of being overwhelmed, as caregivers navigate fragmented information, delayed updates, and misaligned expectations within the family. Without clear guidance, it’s easy to feel trapped by guilt and the weight of competing responsibilities.

This training acknowledges these significant pressures and offers a path toward clarity and connection. We will explore how to move from a state of constant reaction to an intentional, sustainable approach, equipping you with the practical frameworks needed to support your loved ones effectively, no matter the distance.
