Eating to Support Your Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

But while comforting in the moment, eating sugary, carb-y, and fatty foods, doesn’t do any favors for those of us living with stress, anxiety, or depression. In fact, research continues to show a strong connection between what we eat and how we feel, both physically and mentally. This session will focus on eating to support psychological wellbeing.
