Our next Outstanding Contributor is also known by colleagues as “The Rock.” Dennis C. Hamel is the manager of the Flight Test Facility, or FTF, at the Lincoln Laboratory.
A colleague summed up Dennis' half-century of extraordinary accomplishments in the aircraft realm with this observation: “There are dozens of things that make the FTF a great place to work. Expert training that keeps us safe, milestone recognitions, our framed heritage on the walls—and Dennis. He creates a sense of shared community and purpose that has made possible the FTF’s increased pace of operations while maintaining our 50+ year safety record.”
