Melissa Nobles, Chancellor
The next innovator we're honoring today is Nicole H.W. Henning, an ultrasound researcher at the Koch Institute. Nicole had no prior experience with animal imaging or ultrasound. But, in the three years since she was hired, Nicole has become a nationally recognized trailblazer in the innovative use of ultrasound-guided injections, collaborating with researchers in multiple MIT labs. And those collaborations have paid off.
According to her colleagues, “Nicole’s efforts, innovative thinking, and collaborative spirit are enabling research that had been thought impossible.”
