Leaves of absence
- Learn about unpaid leaves, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Massachusetts Maternity Leave Act (MMLA), and the American With Disabilities Act (ADA). Be sure to review the Unpaid Leave Eligibility Chart to find out how your benefits eligibility will change when you take an unpaid leave of absence.
- Learn about paid leaves, including Sick and Extended Sick Leave and Worker's Compensation Leave. Your benefits eligibility does not change if you take a paid leave of absence.
