Birds, bees, storks, and peeps. It may not be easy, but talking to your child(ren) about sex will play a crucial role in their development, help them to understand their bodies, and establish healthy values, beliefs, and boundaries. So, ditch the animal-themed euphemisms and join MIT’s resident “sexpert,” Vienna Rothberg, for an honest, straightforward talk on…well, “The Talk”! This interactive seminar will:

  • Educate you on the benefits of teaching your child(ren) about sex early and often
  • Answer questions, such as When should I start talking to my child(ren) about sex? and How do I start the conversation?
  • Provide information that will help you confidently answer your child(ren)’s questions about sex
  • Include tips for knitting age-appropriate information about sex into commonplace discussions
