Dyan Madrey joined MIT in 2011 as the Learning and Development Specialist in MIT Human Resources. In 2015, she was promoted to Organization Development Consultant. With over 20 years’ experience in the talent development field, Dyan is responsible for accessing development needs and creating opportunities for learning that aligns with talent objectives of the cohort programs and her assigned client areas.
Before joining MIT, Dyan was the Training and Development Manager at Tufts Medical Center and AVP of Training at State Street Corp. Dyan earned an M.S. in Training and Development from Lesley College and a Certificate in Project Planning from Boston University. She is a certified coach through the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness and Executive Coaching. She is also certified in MBTI through CPP. In addition to her role at MIT, Dyan is the President for the Central Mass ATD chapter (formerly Central Mass ASTD).
Dyan is certified in MBTI, PMI, and Career Development.

Libby Mahaffy is a seasoned trainer, coach, and facilitator. She is a former mediator, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a certification in the Kantor Structural Dynamics Profile. With a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Spanish and social science, and a master's degree from Tufts University in urban and environmental policy and planning, Libby brings a racial, social and environmental justice foundation to her interpersonal and equity work.
