Have you ever noticed that when you’re around someone calm, you feel more at ease? And that you end up feeling worse and more agitated around a panicked, worried person? We are learning now, more than ever, that we are connected to one another in inextricable ways. We can foster our own sense of calm and help others to do the same.

The benefits of this training include being present and more at ease, for yourself and others, shifting self-defeating habits and thoughts that get us and keep us worked up. We can then manage difficult emotions without getting overwhelmed, enabling us to develop greater empathy and cultivate patience, equanimity, and wisdom.
