The latest research in neuroscience has demonstrated how profoundly gratitude improves our mental, emotional, and physical health. The benefits range from being more resilient, feeling less isolated, experiencing a sense of happiness and having more satisfying connections with others. Yet often, these moments of gratitude are fleeting. Of course, there are times that are challenging…but within every moment, there are things to appreciate. Learn how you can achieve “an attitude of gratitude” so that joy and wellbeing are regular visitors instead of occasional guests.
