The Sandwich Generation Juggling Act: Balancing Children, Career, and Caregiving

More than 24 million Americans and one in three employees are “sandwiched” between caring for children still at home and older parents or grandparents. These Sandwich Generation caregivers are part of Gen C—Generation Caregivers—which is now impacting four generations at work: Gen X, Millennials, Boomers, and Gen Z.

In this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • Cope with anxiety and guilt caring for younger and older generations at the same time using the “seven A’s of caregiving”
  • Tap into outside resources in the workplace and communities for support
  • Create a Social Convoy personal caregiving team for physical and emotional health, and a care corps to help you find the breaks you need
  • Create a simple self-care plan to banish burnout, anxiety, and depression—and find balance and identify silver linings while caregiving
  • Balance age-tech solutions for your loved one and a digital detox for yourself
