As winter progresses, it’s common to feel shifts in mood, motivation, and overall energy. This interactive, six-week small group offers a supportive space to learn practical, evidence-based strategies for maintaining emotional balance through the colder, darker months. Each session will blend skill building with meaningful peer conversation, giving you a chance to connect, reflect, and integrate what you learn. Designed to help you stay grounded, uplifted, and connected, this series will support you in building resilience and navigating the season with greater ease and intention.
Due to the nature of the group and to provide time for each participant to share, the group is capped at 10 participants and is only open to MIT staff, faculty, and postdocs (associates and fellows). The same participants will attend this closed support group each week, allowing for members to connect with one another in meaningful ways through open discussion.
