Financial self-care is any individual task that helps us move toward financial wellness. Traditional budgeting often overlooks the emotional and psychological aspects of money and doesn’t leave much space for nuance or personalization. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn why traditional budgeting doesn’t work, identify their values and how they impact spending plans, and learn how to make meaningful and FUN financial goals.
