Unwinding Anxiety the Mindful Way (A Three-Part Workshop Series)

Mindfulness and stress management are skills that require cultivation and practice. During this three-part workshop series, we will draw on learnings from Mindfulness: Shift Your Perspective and Reduce Your Stress, to delve deeper into the roots of our anxiety and build meaningful mindfulness practices. Following these sessions, you should expect:

  • Enhanced presence of mind
  • Increased capacity to cope with anxiety and stress
  • More thoughtful discourse and decision-making

  • Due to high demand, this workshop series is only open to members of the MIT community
  • It is essential that you commit to all three sessions of this Mindfulness Workshop Series. All three sessions will be held from 12:00-1:30 p.m. on the following Mondays:
