Tell Us About It During a recent OAuth upgrade with DocuSign and e-Builder we ran into some authentication issues that could only be resolved by resetting a service account that had been created. Olympia and Dudley worked with me well beyond normal business hours to resolve the issue avoiding a disruption in DocuSign Services. From me, and the entire user community in e-Builder - thank you Olympia and Dudley!
