Part Two: Closing the Deal (Thursday, October 7th at 12:00PM-1:30PM)
Now that you understand the first steps in the homebuying process (outlined in Part One: Beginning the Process), this session will cover everything else you need to know. Topics include:
- Negotiating the purchase and sale agreement
- Arranging for financing
- Estimating ownership costs
- Proceeding into “closing” and passing papers
