How do I get reimbursed by my FSA?
You can use your Health Care FSA debit card, file an online claim, use the HealthEquity mobile app, or complete and return the FSA Reimbursement Form. See the FSA site for details. You cannot be reimbursed for the expenses of domestic partners.
