Stress Management Skill-Building Workshop (A Six-Part Series)

Facilitator: Lauren Dumont, Psy.D.; Clinical Psychologist, Kendall Psychological Associates

Stress management skills require cultivation and practice. This six-part interactive series will draw on learnings from Coping with Worries: Emotional Survival Strategies to help us delve deeper into the roots of our stress and build meaningful practices for increased coping and resilience.
