Part Two: Finalizing the Deal and Buying Again (Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM)
Your house is on the market—now what? This session will cover everything else you need to know to finalize the sale and coordinate your next move. Topics include:
  • Estimating sale proceeds based on broker fees, taxes, and other costs
  • Developing a buying strategy to avoid gaps between closing and moving dates
  • Securing funds for your purchase while coordinating a sale
  • Other considerations, if you are not immediately buying again
