Anna Giraldo-Kerr is an Organizational Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of organizational development, leadership and mentoring development, and executive coaching. She partners with MIT leaders, managers, and HR professionals to navigate change and build skills and effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Prior to MIT, Anna worked in the financial services, health care and biopharma, technology, and publishing sectors.

As a leadership and inclusion thought leader, her expertise has been featured in multiple publications. Most recently, Anna co-authored two articles on gender microinequities and bystander training in The SAGE Encyclopedia of Psychology and Gender. In May 2023, the Charles River Chamber of Commerce recognized Anna as one of the 50 Most Influential Business People of Color in the Boston MetroWest area.

Anna earned a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from New York University. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory, Change Style Indicator, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is also certified to coach using xLEAD's x360 framework.

Chris Karam is an Organization Development Consultant in MIT Human Resources. Her expertise is in helping individuals and teams identify, learn from, and get "unstuck" from obstacles that prevent them from best serving their objectives and the organizational mission. She is a strategic advisor and engaging trainer on the topics of organizational behavior, team development, learning methods, and conflict management.

Before joining MIT, Chris has provided leadership and team coaching, strategic facilitation, and a range of customized consulting and training services for dozens of manufacturing, technology, and service organizations. She also taught several semesters at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School. Before that, she worked several years at IBM and Microsoft in sales, marketing and channel management

Chris holds a B.A. in economics, an M.A. in organizational conflict resolution, and certificates in negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and various dialogue and conflict resolution methods.

Dyan Madrey joined MIT in 2011 as the Learning and Development Specialist in MIT Human Resources. In 2015, she was promoted to Organization Development Consultant. With over 20 years’ experience in the talent development field, Dyan is responsible for accessing development needs and creating opportunities for learning that aligns with talent objectives of the cohort programs and her assigned client areas.

Before joining MIT, Dyan was the Training and Development Manager at Tufts Medical Center and AVP of Training at State Street Corp. Dyan earned an M.S. in Training and Development from Lesley College and a Certificate in Project Planning from Boston University. She is a certified coach through the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness and Executive Coaching. She is also certified in MBTI through CPP. In addition to her role at MIT, Dyan is the President for the Central Mass ATD chapter (formerly Central Mass ASTD).

Dyan is certified in MBTI, PMI, and Career Development.

Libby Mahaffy is a seasoned trainer, coach, and facilitator. She is a former mediator, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a certification in the Kantor Structural Dynamics Profile. With a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Spanish and social science, and a master's degree from Tufts University in urban and environmental policy and planning, Libby brings a racial, social and environmental justice foundation to her interpersonal and equity work.

 

Scott Rolph

Scott Rolph is an Organization Development Consultant (ODC) in MIT Human Resources. He is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizational units increase their capability to communicate, reflect, learn, adapt, and improve continuously.

His work as an ODC encompasses a variety of strategic consulting services, including executive coaching, learning program design and instruction, team development, strategic planning, and retreat design and facilitation.

Before joining HR, Scott was Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Communication in the MIT Office of the Vice President for Finance (VPF). In VPF, he was responsible for staff learning and development and facilitated organizational change and strategic planning efforts. He also led the VPF Communications team.

Before joining VPF, Scott was Associate Director of Communication at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In that role, he led a team focused on the development and ongoing management of the MIT Sloan website.

Scott has a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Massachusetts-Boston and a bachelor’s degree in Classics from the University of New Hampshire. He is a certified Organization Development Consultant Professional (ODCP) through the Institute of Organization Development and a Certified Action Learning Coach through the World Institute for Action Learning. He participated in the Susan Vogt Leadership Fellows Program through The Boston Consortium in 2013-14.
