Serving the Client
Our next awardee is a dedicated customer service representative in the Information Systems Department at Lincoln Laboratory. He directs a staff of nine, reviews thousands of work orders each year, and consistently provides exceptional service—extending his personal touch to make each customer feel valued and secure in the knowledge that the job will get done, no matter how tight the deadline.
He gracefully anticipates client needs in a service area peppered daily by requests for action. And his instincts for conflict resolution are impeccable, allowing him to create win-win solutions.
Described as an inspiration to his support team, he also takes action to improve his group’s productivity. Last year, on his own initiative, he identified over 850 critical work orders that were in need of quick attention and identified the metrics necessary to better classify his group’s products, services, and delivery methods.
