You can access backup child care, provided by Care.com, in your home or at a licensed child care center, near your home or workplace.
Backup child care can assist when normal child care or school arrangements are disrupted by school closings, vacations, provider illness, or a child's mild illness.

The MIT HR Center for WorkLife and WellBeing is pleased to provide staff, faculty, postdocs, and their household members access to Mylife Services, a comprehensive resource for emotional and work-life support. MyLife Services' online platform provides tools for managing stress, including meditation podcasts, a four-week MyMindfulness challenge, confidential self-assessments, a self-help bookshelf, and more.
